As part of regular activities within the project “Exploitation of Different Energy Sources for Green Energy Production – XDEGREE”, co-funded by the European Union within the framework of Interreg IPA Cross-border Cooperation Programme Croatia-Serbia, a round table was organized on the topic of “Possibilities and Potentials for Electricity Generation from Renewable Sources in Utility Companies – Electricity Generation from Secondary Raw Materials” in Sombor, on June 26, starting at 11 am. The attendees were addressed by the project team members and relevant experts in the field who provided more detailed information about energy potentials of municipal wastewater in Vojvodina, and also on renewable energy sources with a focus on biogas. The event was marked by an animated discussion.
